Estimation of furnace volume produced by heating process

The furnace gas produced by heating can be calculated according

 

to the composition and its consumption, the flux and its consumption,

 

the moisture in the air, the composition of the furnace gas, etc.

If only the N2, CO2 and CO 3 gases are calculated,The relationship

 

between combustion ratio and furnace volume can be obtained through

 

combustion ratio.

The ratio between the amount of gas produced in the heating process

 

and the air volume of the furnace can be called the calculation coefficient

 

of the gas volume.The numerical relationship between the heating ratio and

 

the calculation coefficient of the gas volume is shown in the table below.

The difficulty of the medium frequency furnace dust remove       
1、 Flue gas temperature high.
The furnace in normal condition ,when the feeding mouth mix outside wind ,the flue gas temperature ≤200 ℃;when feeding not in time ,furnace empty 、bridging, suddenly flue gas temperature has risen sharply ,up to 300℃,This makes the gas transfer not easy,also make it difficult to remove dust from dry gas
2、 more dust .
Small dust rate big  .the furnace original flue gas(not include the outside wind and high temperature expanding)dustiness is 10~14 g/m3,which can pass the 140 target screen accounted for 36%.
3、 The flue gas contains acidic oxides and nitrogen oxides.
Both CO2 and NOX produced during the heating process are soluble in water,shows acidic.If you use dry way cleaning, it can be emptied directly.if use wet way cleaning,Water is acidic,Corrosive equipment,It is harmful to people, and it also pollutes the water quality and surrounding crops.

Smoke concentration and composition
The initial concentration of soot was not measured,However, according to a large number of measured results in China, the initial concentration of soot is 5000-6000mg/Nm3,The main components and contents of smoke are as follows:
